With the spacing needed between the students this year, we need to find a way to bring the students together. Having a document camera will allow them to enjoy our read aloud time just as if they were at the carpet. It would also be beneficial because it would help my students stay engaged and allow me to model different activities and experiments right in front of them instead of just showing a video. It can also give the students an opportunity to share their own writing and illustrations in front of their classmates!

About my class
