I teach in a large Title 1 school with a diverse population of students. Many of my students struggle to sit in a traditional desk. Many student need more space than a traditional desk allows or need extra room to wiggle. Fidgeting in a desk disturbs other students so having the option of a lab stool is very helpful. Flexible seating allows my students a place to sit where they learn best. An additional benefit, it allows me to space out students for help with social distancing. Thank you for helping my learner find their space!
