These materials will help my students learn different ways to enjoy physical activities that will improve their overall health and well being. As we are part of a government agency, Dallas County Juvenile Department there are no funds for this type of equipment. I believe that every child deserves a chance to have fun and be more active while learning about how their bodies respond to our fitness program. My students will learn how to use their everyday items at home as well as school equipment to gain strength and stamina.

About my class
