Students will be able to use the book bins to store their books for independent reading time, so that they can bring them wherever they would like to read in our classroom. These will also help with classroom organization. The biggest item we are hoping to receive for our classroom is the wobbly chairs. These will be used daily during guided reading groups for students to sit and wobble on. These wobbly chairs can also be used for flexible seating during whole group time and other periods of the day for students to move away from their table and find a new space to be. It is my hope that my students will be able to feel a belonging our classroom, and they will know when they need to move and can ask to move to a wobbly chair to move their body and help them focus.
