The students will be more willing to learn and pay attention when they are comfortable and engaged. Students have to take in much information and sit for long periods of time. This flexible seating will make them more comfortable and give them breaks from regular chairs as we rotate them throughout the day. The whiteboards offer a different form of answering and participating in classroom discussions that is engaging to students. Not using pencil and paper all the time and using whiteboards will create a different method to see how students are doing and gives them another method.
