My goal as a Reading Specialist is to build confidence in every student so that they know they ARE a reader! Reading opens up so many doors for students and builds life long skills. These guided reading book sets are the PERFECT tools for me to be able to help each student at their unique reading level. Guided reading is the best way to build confidence as well as reading skills. I will use these books during my small group time to guide students during the reading process. The different levels of books are geared toward specific student skills. Having the correct level of books helps the students to not become frustrated when reading and will be right at their reading level!
