Students will be working in a community center with a teaching kitchen, but are limited to the time we can spent in the kitchen. The materials requested will allow students to learn culinary arts in the classroom. With these items, students can prepare nutritional meals without an accessible kitchen. These essentials will allow them to develop skills of food preparation. Much of the culinary arts is preparation, and these items will be valuable for classroom instruction and demonstration. Classroom instruction will focus on the safety and development of skills before time spent in the kitchen.
