Differentiation is one important element of teaching that is essential to my daily routine. However, it can be difficult to differentiate on the spot at times when things are not going exactly as planned. With help from donors like you, I will be able to receive a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card so I can purchase differentiated resources to help my students with their various needs. I am a 3rd grade teacher, most of my students are English Learners. Our students range from learning the alphabet to reading at a 5th grade level, therefore teachers at my school need to actively work to create and explore resources that can effectively support all student needs.
