Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the methods and curriculum required to meet their individual needs varies greatly. Due to their unique and complex learning needs, I must use many different curriculums and differentiate assignments to help each student reach their individual goals. The products I have selected will allow me to provide specialized instruction for my students. Teachers Pay Teachers is a resource that provides thousands of supplemental resources that are fun, engaging, motivating, and which help to boost confidence and comprehension of material. With a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers I can find worksheets, lessons, and activities for my students that are relevant to the topics we are studying, but appropriate for their individual ability levels. The books I have selected from Scholastic would be a fantastic addition to our classroom library! Shared reading is an important part of our school day and allows students to enjoy stories and practice comprehension strategies, even if they aren't able to read the books on their own. My students all love story time because it allows them to participate with and contribute to the group regardless of their limitations. With these gifts, I will be able to enhance learning in my classroom by tailoring my instruction to meet the unique needs of my students.
