Having these books will make a world of difference for my ESL students. Having a copy of these books can make learning more intimate and create a level of trust and interest. With the pandemic, my students have only known stories through videos (YouTube, Edpuzzle and etc.) and never had the true experience of reading a book as a group and exploring it together. It is such an amazing experience when you get to read to children face to face and see their faces light up when something funny, happy, or interesting happens in a story. It makes my job that much easier and more fun!
