These materials will make a huge impact on my students' learning. It will provide them with skills to help them manage and understand their social and emotional needs. The materials will provide ways for students to cope when life gets hard. These materials will be able to utilize the materials both in the classroom and in a one-one setting. Lessons will include mindfulness, yoga, emotions, life skills, art therapy, and be based off each child's individual need. With these materials my students will be able to focus more on their academic, needs once their other needs are met, such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. They will be able to advocate better for themselves, build self esteem and resiliency. Overall, these materials could be life changing for some of my students.
