The tools I have chosen for my calm down corner include beanbags (because who doesn't love a comfy seat?), books on mindfulness and emotional awareness, and a number of tools to help calm their hearts and minds (such as puzzles, sensory bins, and breathing boards). These tools will be used to help students feel safe and comfortable in my office, learn how to calm their bodies and their breathing when they are upset, and develop the emotional skills needed to become strong, resilient little leaders. Anything that you can give towards my goal is greatly appreciated!

About my class
