We have been struggling to keep a custodian on staff, which means our floors are rarely vacuumed, swept or mopped. We prefer a clean environment for our students, as sitting on the carpet or floor to read books is an effective motivating tool. Having a class vacuum and floor sweeper will help us to avoid sitting on dead bugs and hairballs! In addition, our building was recently vandalized and things like our coffee and clocks were destroyed in the event. These are just replacements to make the day flow a little bit more smoothly.
