I teach both language arts and social studies to fifty-three 5th graders every day. My goal is to instill a lifelong love of reading in them. One of the best ways for me to do this is by providing them with books that they want to read. If my project is funded I will be able to provide my students with almost 30 new and exciting books. Many of these books are ones that they have specifically asked me to purchase because they can not wait to get their hands on them.

About my class
