As a first-year teacher, these manipulatives will help expand my classroom. Students will be able to visualize the beginning sound concepts with the alphabet tubs. Light table manipulatives give students a new perspective to learning shapes, colors, and other attributes. I hope adding materials to my new classroom will provide an environment where student learning is lifelong and fulfilling. With new manipulates, I won't have to worry as much about whether or not I have something to go with a lesson. I will know going into the day that my students will get to have an exciting and hands-on learning experience.
