Students will have exciting opportunities to learn in our school's new STEM lab and engage in topics such as coding, robotics, engineering design practices, and computer science. Other opportunities I hope to include to engage them more in STEM concepts are virtual field trips, hands-on experiments, and guest speakers in STEM career fields. Our school is a Title-I school, which means we rely on state and federal funds for school resources. The COVID pandemic has already negatively impacted their opportunities, but they need inspiration and a chance to be successful.

About my class
