The materials requested will help our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) as well as attendance initiatives. Our students struggle with social-emotional skills that often impact their behavior on campus. The requested incentives will help motivate the students and show them how invested the community is in wanting to see them succeed. Our middle school is a transformation school with limited support. It has become a challenge to maintain the above requested incentives on my own. However, our students should not feel they are not worth "the little things." This is their chance to soar like the Golden Eagles (students) we know they are!
