The chairs purchased will be used during our literacy class. Reinforcing skills in small group is essential in targeting specific skills that may have not been grasp during whole group instruction. Small group instruction typically range from 3-6 students. The stools requested are a great way to keep students moving, yet engaged during instruction. The demographics of my students include students with disabilities ranging from mild learning disabilities to severe social and emotional challenges that often manifest in inappropriate behavior and lack of attentiveness in school. In most cases just having the flexibility in your physical environment can make all the difference.
