This last year has been hard on students across the country and my classroom is no different. Students are having difficulty adjusting and new behaviors are popping up amongst students. Many are not used to sitting still for longer than a few minutes and are very wiggly, especially those with ADHD. Some students are developing inappropriate behavior due to the frustration from sitting in their seats. Other students are so unused to attending school every day that they become frustrated or upset before even stepping into the room. We would love the Premium Wobble Chairs so they have study seats as well as the Calming Colors Soft Seat and Flex-Space Balance Ball Seats. Giving them the option to use the seating that works best for them would allow students better focus which leads to higher levels of retention. Not only that but it helps curb inappropriate behavior and promotes positive behaviors. It will also raise the excitement to attend school which also increases attendance and further increases retention as students are in class and able to learn. Please help my students become excited to come to class and learn more and more every day!
