These books were chosen for a variety of purposes. My students made a list of their interests so that I could make sure everyone would feel special and included in this project! Some of them will be for read alouds, cozy on the carpet, or flipping through in quiet moments. Other books will be for practicing our emerging reading skills. All of them will be treasured with hungry eyes and minds. All kindergarteners want to explore the world through books. We will use these resources to start our class library!
