My students are in an inclusive classroom where they are confined to their area for extended periods. Although students are given frequent breaks, they often get fidgety and frustrated to the point where learning is limited. The flexible seats will encourage engagement and reduce frustration; while keeping students active without them leaving their area. The goal of this project is to ensure that students are able to stay active while using the different sensory tools and flexible seats; this will help to reduce frustrations of adhering to safety guidelines but staying focused during learning.
