Every year, I get to see students pick books that I suggested just simply because they trust my judgement and know that I want them to try new things. Those lightbulbs that go off when they find a new book or series that they enjoy is absolutely rewarding! I hope to stock our library full of books that celebrate diversity, build perspective, empathy, and imagination. Helping my students to grow as readers is one of my favorite parts of this job! Your donation will go towards helping me fill our library with books that encourage a love of reading with all of my students.

About my class
