Our students are so excited to begin our club, but we are lacking the necessary supplies to really allow them to experience a hands-on, full kitchen experience! Students are excited to learn how to help their families and are hoping to soon cook up a storm! Our goal is to teach them fundamentals and let them have a bank of recipes they can incorporate at home. The purpose for which we are requesting funds is to purchase necessary cooking equipment to create a Cooking Lab that would incorporate students' love and interest in food in a hands-on based learning environment. Our hope is to foster our students' love of cooking while giving them usable life skills!

About my class
