My students use several online platforms to help them with their academics throughout the year. Many of them struggle with the laptops we use because they don’t hold a charge, are super duper slow and the mouse is too tricky for them. Tablets are a great way for the students to stay focused and get the most out of their work time. They will be able to easily navigate with the touchscreen and get more done. Since many of my kids still aren’t too confident with pencils, the mouse on laptops is super challenging. But most children in my classroom are very familiar with touchscreens.
