Students spend much of their day writing, reading, or working with technology. As the art teacher, I want to give them a chance to work with their hands in ceramics class. A kiln and hood will help us to fire the ceramics we build while slip-casting, hand building, or throwing on the wheel. We are so excited to get the students involved with creative, hands-on opportunities. Ceramics is a great class for students to showcase their talents, or learn skills they hadn't previously known they could master within specific projects.

About my class
