In the beginning of the school year I asked the students what they would like to learn about in Science. Some of the students said that they did not know what a microscope was. I will be doing a unit in cells and I want to give the students an opportunity to use a microscope for the first time. While talking about microscopes the students were excited and wanted to know what else they can use a microscope to look at. I am also going to be doing a lesson on force and motion. The hand on materials will make learning more interactive and fun.
