This library will be used to facilitate small reading groups. Students will get to select the reading book that appeals to THEM the most. They will also have the opportunity to feel successful reading experience with a text on their level. These students are often intimidated and resentful about reading because they have only had bad experiences. A positive book exchange will give them the opportunity make the progress they need to be successful. I have had my current students help select appropriate texts that they are excited to read.
