I teach Physical Science. Some students just struggle with the subject but try so hard. I do not just give rewards to the students who make an "A". I want all students to know I see them and their efforts to improve. Giving them an incentive and an attainable goal to work towards, makes our class climate a better place! I want students to WANT to come to my class and not miss a day! I like to reward them for trying hard, being a peer mentor, helping others, and doing their personal best! Each child has their own personal best! These items will be displayed so they know what they are working towards. There will be days they can "Cash in" Dillon Dollars (money with my face on them) or they can use them in the live auction we have at the end of the quarter. Learning is fun and I want my students to see that and grow!
