These books will help these young readers (First Graders) learn early, who they are, the difference they can make in this world. These books will also teach them the importance of respecting others, how valuable and unique we all are. I want them to start thinking (even at this age) about what they want to become someday. I want to see that confidence early on and know they have something to offer. When children can see themselves in the books they read or the shows they watch, they realize they can do and be whatever they want.

About my class
