Dealing with Covid has been extremely challenging, so having a comfy space to read while continuing to be appropriately spaced apart, would be amazing for these students. These items will give my students alternative spaces to read books at their level and to build their reading stamina. We are also building our class library to have more books that are a "good fit" at the level of each student. Students need to move and be able to get comfortable while reading books for enjoyment. This is such an important time to emphasize a love of reading.

About my class
