The easel cart that I am requesting for my students will make teaching groups small and large so much more interactive. The lined side of the whiteboard will be perfect for guiding little hands to write letters, words, and numbers. The chart paper holder will help us organize our anchor charts that we use during lessons. We can even read using big books on the ledge of the easel, bringing students even closer to the magic of reading. The easel will be used daily in every subject and our literacy center rotations. Different teachers in the classroom can roll it over and use it for a small group while the others use the interactive Promethean board or work in stations. The storage on the easel will also keep us organized so that we can maximize every second of the instructional day!
