These books would be used in the classroom for students to learn about migration. I want my children to be aware of the Latinx community that is coming over to the border, so they can have a different viewpoint of why they are coming to the USA. Eventually, I want my students to write a persuasive essay that hopefully is put into the newspaper, so people in the community will become more empathic towards other ethnicities. Not only do I want readers to become empathic, but my scholars as well. So they can see that different ethnicities have all struggled.
