I recently was moved into a larger classroom to accommodate my dual role: I teach English but have also started two Mindfulness electives, run Yoga Club, and created an alternative discipline program. The front half of my room has traditional desks, and the back half is open for kids' yoga mats. This whiteboard will give me the freedom to make any part of the classroom the "front." That way, yoga kids will be able to see the instructions/focus/intention of our class no matter what direction we're facing. This will encourage my English kids to get out of their seats (which is good for all of us!). Help my students see from a whole new perspective, with the help of a mobile dry-erase board. All of my students (English, Mindfulness, Yoga Club, & Discipline kiddos) will benefit from this. Thank you!
