These library books will help engage my students in reading! They already have the desire to read independently and/or in pairs. They just do not have the literature. Without a functioning school library, the students are left with a limited classroom library. With a variety of interests in our classroom, these books will help to inspire and engage readers! My sixth graders still love books read aloud to them. I plan to introduce books by reading the first couple of chapters to promote engagement and passing the book off to a student to finish.
