This year, many students have shown an increased of anxiety/stress levels. These items will be used for emotion regulation, stress reduction, increased focus, and to external their emotions for better understanding. These items can be incorporated in their classrooms, when they see me at my office (many come in emotionally flooded), and even at home. These items will teach students healthy ways of coping with a variety of emotions. These items also help with building rapport with students and allowing them to feel at ease and comfortable. Mental health is important.
