Also these books are culturally relevant and responsive and are truly reflective of the lives my learners live in their communities. These books are gateway tools to my students building and enhancing reading comprehension skills and writing. I see these books and games as tools that will foster ongoing communication amongst peers and myself. These books and games will help students to adopt good reader skills and support their unique writing styles.
