I currently have 31 students packed into my classroom. We do not have any extra space to spare. I have to use two student desks to house our projector and then I have to have those two desks 10 feet away from the SMART board. All of that space in between is unusable since the projector's path to the whiteboard cannot be blocked. The Smart board/projector combo is also very blurry and can be difficult to see for students sitting towards the other end of the classroom. Having a large SMART TV would not only free up 40 square feet of space in our cramped classroom, but it would also give all students the ability to visually see what is presented on our board. I use our current digital display all day long to show messages to students, writing prompts, solve math problems, educational videos, virtual textbooks, play educational games and so much more. This piece of technology would have a huge impact in my classroom. I hope you can help support this project.
