Students will use these tools to accurately measure spatial relationships for determining the amount of materials for a selected architectural design project. These materials will include flooring, paint, furniture, finish carpentry, and window treatments. These attributes are critical to the success of a selected design and efficient use of space and resources. Students will gain a better understanding of how time, resources, and planning contribute to the overall improvement of designing the efficiency of a given space in a living, commercial or industrial situation. Most importantly having fun and learning.
