These materials will help my students learn and grow as they make their way through kindergarten. Many of my students struggle with fine motor skills because they have not received the opportunities at home. The lack of fine motor is impacting their ability to successfully write letters, words and sentences. The straw building and STEM kit will help my students improve their skills. I also included personal whiteboards to allow the students another form of writing. This will help them become more comfortable and confident. I included fidget toys/sensory items for my students with disabilities to help them excel in the classroom. I have a few students in my class who need extra support. These will be used to help keep their hands/feet occupied as they use their brains to take in the information. I am excited to be able to utilize these fidgets in the classroom.
