The products I selected will help my first-grade students learn more effectively. Since I work in a low-socioeconomic school district and area, these items are a need. Also, I am new to this district and grade level, so grade-level appropriate materials are very much needed. Providing my students with these proper resources will help them learn, which is vital to their success. Choosing to add Kindles will allow my students to learn with technology. Having these devices will allow access to various online learning programs. The calendar math activity is an item that will be used daily during our carpet time to help the students understand math more effectively and provide a visual component. Anchor charts and book storage bins are items that will help me organize lessons and our classroom library.
