At Henry R. Clissold, 5th-8th grade students will participate in a series of poetry work shops through an after school writing program. This program is intended to help students build their writing skills and share what they want in a safe space. In order to make sure all students are prepared, I am asking for composition notebooks. Because this is such a large group this year, I am asking for a case of 48 composition books. These notebooks will be assigned to each student to use every day in our program. Some students only have access to the supplies that are required for school. With your help, each student will have a poetry journal of their own to express themselves.
