The books will be used during classroom guidance lessons and the materials will provide hands-on activities for students to utilize during small group centers. Students will be able to demonstrate mastery of character-building skills in a practical way as they interact with others and practice the competencies taught through the materials provided. Students learn best when they are engaged in the material, and these items will help promote a hands-on approach that gives them greater access to the content being taught. It is my goal for my students to have fun while also learning how to interact positively with one another, allowing them to become more successful not only in the school environment but in other social settings beyond their educational careers.
