The class sets of stories I am requesting will fill the hearts of my students and allow us to improve their reading, decoding, fluency, and comprehension skills. My students have missed out on some learning opportunities over the past few years. We will learn new vocabulary, reading strategies, and discuss the stories in small groups. The stories are relatable to my students and will allow them to self reflect about who they are and who they want to be. We will have discussions about social emotional well being and how to be their best.
