The use of manipulatives is a daily occurrence in my classroom. We use them to help "build" and "see" math problems. This allows math questions to feel more concrete. My students also learn much better by physically building and manipulating the numbers that they are working with. We will also use the colored paper daily for creating assignments that are more fun and engaging than being printed on plain white paper. The Clorox wipes will help me to create a safe and healthy classroom for the students. We wipe down our desks twice daily to try and combat any germs.
