Finding a book that you love can be challenging for students. Third graders that are reading below grade level struggle to find books that engage them and make them excited about reading. Often they dread reading time because they cannot find a book to read and they end up choosing a book that is too hard and just flip pages. I want to ensure that every student in my class has access to books that they want to read, that make them smile and help them grow. I want to put books in every child's hands that help them develop a love of reading!
