The seat pockets I am requesting will give my students the ability to easily access and store all their materials during the school day. Because we have tables, not desks, all of their supplies are currently stored in bookshelves and on the table tops. Putting our workbooks in the seat pockets will free up shelf space for other books and supplies. Importantly, with COVID-19 still in the picture, if every child has a seat pocket, they won't have to share pencils, crayons, and other materials. By donating to our project, my students will be able to keep their tables clean so that they have more space to read, write, think and embrace their creativity. The seat pockets are made of a durable material so they can be used for years. They are stored on the back of each chair and have organizational pockets to store multiple workbooks, writing utensils and more. This project will help my students have respect for their materials, and will be a great benefit to all.
