I will use these ukuleles in my general music classes in the two elementary schools that I teach. Ukuleles are fantastic instruments that will enhance learning in my general music and autistic support music classes. They will give my students an opportunity to learn a new instrument while having fun. While playing the ukuleles, my students will learn valuable musical skills such as how to read music, play chords, compose songs, learn new genres of music, learn the culture of the Hawaiian people, and work together, as a musical team.
