By having these tools to help us, students will be able to learn about their heart as a muscle and how it rises with exercise and falls when relaxing. We will learn about balance and flexibility by using many of the other materials such as the balance boards, and the materials for obstacle courses. Additionally, we will use many of the items as center rotations to support the physical education standards for kindergarten through second grade students. Taking care of your health physically starts when you're young and I will be able to teach that with these items!
