The materials in this project will help build students listening, phonics, and reading skills. As students listen to stories, it will help them to practice their reading skills. While students listen to these classic stories, they will begin to use their imagination to paint beautiful pictures in their minds, as well as understand the words they will begin to read independently. The listening center will be able to help up to 6 students at a time, listen to the same story. The additional phonics activities can help students begin to write CVC words.
