By allowing all of my students to use their own copy of a book, it allows them to read outside of class and to do so safely without fear of transferring germs during the pandemic. Furthermore, they will get to add to their personal library, two books that I think will be cherished and re-read for years to come. These two books are not only well-written and entertaining, but they speak to kids about things that are important, especially now. They both tie into the buy-in we want our kids to have about the environment.

About my class
